AllSaintsLHD (All Saints Leatherhead) is a project that has developed over the past 6 years here at Leatherhead Youth Project. Over the years we have run several band nights a year, many in partnership with Mole Valley District Council. They have always been a great way for the young people we work with to gain new skills and meet new people they wouldn’t normally cross paths with. So in 2010 we have with support from a group of young people launched AllSaintsLhd – a monthly band night. We have a team of professionals who train up the young people (with help from our youth workers) in skills such as Sound engineering, Lighting technician and Camera operators. Young people also have the chance to get involved in the project management including booking bands, publicity and Health and Safety management.  Along with the fact that we are providing a professional, premier band night venue for local bands to show off the talent; we are already seeing positive outcomes from the young people we work with.
